The buyer includes a significant portion of the inspection report. Nothing major, but follows with 10 items of small requests from labeling the fuse box to large requests of moving the hot-water heat pipes in the basement from the ceiling to the floor! Our realtor said that this last request is unreasonable since most, if not all, houses of our style and layout have pipes similar to ours. The buyer then said that he would buy the house "as is" if we reduced the price by $2000! The list of all ten items definitely do not sum to that amount. We countered with $700 so we shall see tomorrow.
